The Nineteenth Amendment gave women the right to vote in 1920.When women won the right, it was the first big change happened in society during the "Roaring 20's."There were 22 percent of women worked at the American labor force.It was a huge step for women because before 1920 women could rarely get a job, they were forced to take on the role of homemaker.Since 1920,women began to work on different areas, like entertainment. So, the real job equality is still be a long way to go.
